George Floyd was an African American man murdered in the hands of the police. He was unarmed, handcuffed, and laying on the ground when a police office put his knee on George’s neck for close 9 minutes, ending his life.

Protests agains the killing of George Floyd have broken out across the U.S, some of them turning violent. The arrest of the cop responsible for George’s death has not comforted the Black community that has seen injustice take place time and time again.
