Business Entrepreneur Gives The Ultimate Gift Of Wealth

This holiday season, veteran real estate investor and broker Dee Brown gave his family the gift that will keep giving for generations.

The owner of P3 Group, Inc. has begun the tradition of gifting his children mortgage-free homes, helping them accomplish their journey to financial freedom. 

Last year, Brown gifted his oldest daughter,  Venai, a condo. The property was paid in full. Brown continued the tradition over the Christmas holiday by doing the same for his oldest son, Dee Brown II.

Although Brown’s children received the gift many could only dream of, the gesture is well deserved. 

Venai serves as the Chief Creative Officer of her father’s brands, and Dee Jr. is the President of Client Services. His younger two adult children,  Trevor and Robyn hold positions in the company as well. 

In an interview with Haute Living, Brown spoke on the importance of hiring his family and building a foundation for wealth. “For me, I see it as grooming them for success. It provides me with the opportunity to help determine their future success.”

The entrepreneur’s benevolence to his children results from his humble beginnings.

“My single mother and grandfather raised me. Even back then, I had a mindset that spurred me on toward success. I was always looking for entrepreneurial ways to earn a little money as a kid.”

“After turning 21 and graduating from college, I never asked my mother for anything. My entrepreneurial journey began with $500 in my pocket. Grit, determination, hard work, and ingenuity brought me everything I have today.”

Brown and the P3 Group have grown into one of the nation’s leading international real estate development and consulting firms. The P3 Group specializes in business, community, and urban development.

Brown has a 29-year record of real estate sales, development, management, and success overseeing all phases of multi-million dollar construction, infrastructure, water/sewer, and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients.

Brown is the host of a segment for PBS titled HBCYou where he speaks to notable individuals about philanthropy, finances, education, and the advancement of the Black community.
