Sekou Doumbouya

His dexterity in the basketball court as a two-way forward player for Detroit Pistons makes him a perfect fit. Sekou has routes in Limoges CSP, LNB Pro A league. He is an American-born Guinea national, fast-footed and is the youngest sensational player to make NBA Draft 2019.

Rui Hachimura

When it comes to a talented player and history maker, Rui Hachimura’s name should come up for the NBA. He turns out to be the NBA’s first Japanese-born basketball player. Rui who made NBA 2019’s draft from the 1st round and 9th pick was drafted from Washington Wizards. As a rookie and athletic forward from Gonzaga University, Rui shows great promises.

He joins the likes of Yuta Tabuse and Watanabe as Japanese-born basketball players to get into NBA’s regular season. Rui is Beninese but born February 8th, 1998 in Toyama, Japan.

 

Chuma Okeke

“The War Eagle”, Chuma Okeke is a 20-year-old American-born Nigerian basketball rising star. This past year has been an exceptional one for Chuma, playing for Auburn University. The swift forward player of Orlando Magic made the draft from the 16th pick and first round. Chuma had a stellar two seasons with the Auburn family crossing every championship hurdle with his teammates.

 

Mfiondu Kabengele

Self-starter and rookie center basketball player, Mfiondu Kabengele is a 21-year-old basketball sensation to the NBA. Picked as the 27th from the first round of NBA draft, Mfiondu is a sophomore year student from the Florida State University. He is a draftee of the Brooklyn Nets but trade to LA Clippers. Mfiondu Kabengele carries great showmanship for the NBA.

 

Chikezie Okpala

Kezie or Kz, as he is fondly called is a California-born Nigerian basketball star drafted into the NBA. Chikezie Okpala has had an exciting career as a Stanford University Sophomore. He was drafted from Phoenix Suns at the second round and 32nd pick of NBA 2019. The 20-year-old has the world of basketball at NBA set before him.

Son of a former American basketball player and Sudanese, Manute BoI also made it to the NBA draft this 2019. BoI BoI got in through as the 44th pick of the second round of the NBA draft. He surely is following in the footstep of his dad through his breathtaking scoring skills. BoI BoI was drafted from the Miami Heat and traded from the Denver Nuggets. His brilliant performance from his college heated freshman year has been rewarded in his inclusion in the NBA draft 2019.

 

Olumiye Oni

After 24 years of non-appearance in NBA drafts, this impressive basketball player, Olumiye Oni has finally made a mark for Ivy League institutions. Olumiye Oni is from Yale University and seats on the 58th position, second round of NBA draft. At 20, he is a two-way shooting guard under trade from the Golden State Warriors and on draft trade to Uttah Jazz. Nineteen ninety-five was the last time any Ivy League basketball player would make it to NBA draft. And he is Jerome Allen of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Bruno Fernando

Bruno Fernando, from Angola, is the 34th pick in the second round of the NBA draft 2019. Bruno is a sophomore year rookie center player for the University of Maryland, College Park. He brings his physique to play, serving as a utility player to others. He also is a draftee of the Philadelphia 76ers. Bruno will be 21 in August, 15, 2019 and currently weighing 237lbs.
